Starting At: Meet at the Fire Station Ladder No 1. 392 Hanover St Boston, Massachusetts 02113

Ending At: Firefighter and Police officer Memorial  State House, Ashburton Park Entrance - 95-109 Bowdoin St, Boston, MA 02114

Dog Tag Memorial: Located on the south side of the Old North Church stands a small area set aside of Dog Tags hanging to commemorate the soldiers lost in the Afghanistan and Iraq Wars. Hundreds of dog tags representing the fallen soldiers from these conflicts hang closely together. Whenever an American serviceperson is killed in these conflicts, a dog-tag is hung by an Old North volunteer. The thousands upon thousands of tags are a reminder of the toll war takes on families and communities.

In November 2018, a bronze plaque was added as well as a bronze poppy wreath to remember fallen British and Commonwealth soldiers.
